Information collected

Only what you choose to share in the enquiry form: name, email address, optional telephone number, preferred language, requested service, dates, number of people, optional budget and the description of your request.

Purpose and legal basis

Your information is used only to answer your enquiry, prepare a personalised proposal and coordinate arrangements you approve. The legal basis is your consent and the steps taken at your request before any agreement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)). It is never sold or used for marketing.

How it is sent

When you submit the form, your enquiry is emailed to jlaurence.concierge@outlook.com through Microsoft Outlook, and a confirmation is emailed to you. The website itself does not keep a copy. Microsoft acts as email provider and may process data outside the EU under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for up to 3 years after our last contact, then deleted, unless a longer period is required by law (for example accounting records).

Cookies

No tracking or advertising cookies are used. Your language choice is stored only on your device.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time by writing to jlaurence.concierge@outlook.com. You may also complain to the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
